Sesame's terms state that it does not accept Medicare, Medicaid or other third-party insurance for its cash-pay services. Section eighteen adds a distinct telemedicine condition: the user certifies that they are not a federal health-care-program beneficiary, with Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE among the examples.

That second clause should not disappear into a simple description of paying cash. It is also a Sesame service condition, not a general rule about every telehealth company.
